What attracted you to TIP Group?
There were several aspects of TIP that attracted me, but a few stand out: their strong values and appreciation for employees, the significant impact they have in the sector, and their worldwide internship program, which not only allows interns to gain valuable experience but also contributes meaningful value to TIP.

What does a typical day for you involve?
A typical day for me at TIP involves working on various assigned projects, conducting research, breaking down tasks to ensure their completion, and collaborating with other departments. Each day is different, but these are my primary daily responsibilities.
What have you learned/developed since the start of your internship?
I've learned a great deal since the start of my internship, particularly in improving my problem-solving skills and approach to challenges. Additionally, I've gained valuable knowledge and experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. There’s still so much more to learn!
What is your favourite thing about working for TIP?
One of my favourite aspects of working here is the welcoming atmosphere and the constant support available. It makes my experience at TIP truly enjoyable and motivates me to keep learning.
What is your favorite random fact?
Sharks have been around longer than trees

Jaffa Cakes!

The Office
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Keep it simple.
What is your most unpopular opinion?
Eating dessert before dinner is the way to go.
About the Role
The Role:

Key Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between customers and technical support teams across Europe, utilizing Salesforce and ServiceNow for effective customer management. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders through Microsoft 365 tools.

Project Collaboration: Engage closely with project and development teams for release management and strategic initiatives. Utilize PPM Express for tracking project timelines and PowerApps for app development. Collaborate with fellow interns on Power Automate-assisted short-term projects.

Operational Management: Oversee the IT budget and process purchase orders through ServiceNow, while managing software requirements in PowerApps. Keep a detailed, up-to-date record of licenses and contracts.

Team & Volunteering: Be an active part of a cross-functional team, leveraging Microsoft 365 for collaborative work. Optionally, use Power Automate to streamline planning and execution in the volunteering committee for quarterly events.

Educational Background: Studying an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related course, currently in your second year. Opportunity for an exciting and challenging placement in a multinational, growing company.
